The Research Foundation of Lappeenranta University of Technology – Grants available

The Research Foundation of Lappeenranta University of Technology awards scholarships for outstanding achievements in undergraduate studies, personal grants to post graduate students and researchers (grants of Funds) and grants for international visits to cover costs of family members. Also researchers visiting LUT may be assisted covering accommodation costs.  Annual science award is given to one distinguished researcher.

The scholarship for undergraduate students is worth 1000 euro. Personal grants are 4000 euro maximum for doctoral students and 6000 euro maximum for post doc researchers. The worth of the grant for research visits depends on application (amount of family members and term of the visit). Science award is worth 12.000 euro.

Our annual Grant Award Ceremony will be held in December 2021.
